  1. Metabones EF to MFT Speedbooster

The Metabones EF to MFT Speedbooster allows you to connect EF lenses to MFT-mount cameras like the GH series (including the Panasonic GH4).  The adapter reduces the focal length by .71x, increases the aperture by one stop, and allows for electronic control, including aperture adjustments, image stabilization, and EXIF data.  Now, you can use the same lens kit for your EF cameras and MFT cameras.

For heavier lenses like CP2s and long zoom lenses, we strongly suggest using 15mm rails and a lens support.

This is a fantastic adapter for video, but some photo lenses may autofocus more slowly with the adapter.  Most EF-S and some lenses converted to EF may not work properly. Nearly all native EF lenses are supported, but please check the adapter when you pick up your rental to confirm that it will work for your purposes.

  2. Rokinon 14mm T/3.1 Cine Ultrawide Prime Lens

This Rokinon 14mm T/3.1 lens is the widest fullframe lens Rokinon offers, with more than 115-degree angle of view on a camera like the Canon 5D mark III.  It’s also a very useful wide on smaller sensors like APS-C, as well as MFT with an adapter.

The aperture is declicked and the lens is fully manual, making it perfect for video and cinema applications. We also offer the photo lens for photographers. The lens hood is fixed, so round filters aren’t an option.  You’ll need a matte box and square filters.

This lens is popular with Blackmagic camera shooters with EF mount cameras. It also tends to find its way onto productions with the Zeiss CP2 or Schneider FF lenses, when those fullframe lenses just aren’t wide enough.
