    At MKE Production Rental, we’re doing everything possible to keep our customers, employees, and community safe. As part of that effort, we’ve implemented a new zero-contact plan. Here’s what to expect.

    Our front door is temporarily for employees only. Customers will pick up and return at our loading dock. We will not host customers or camera prep in our office during this period of social distancing. We will not help walk in customers. Please use the phone and email to place your orders, and our loading dock for all equipment pick ups and returns.

    We need you to complete certain requirements electronically. After you make payment, we will send you a link to digitally sign your rental contract and upload identification.

    As a precaution, we are using sanitizing wipes on all case handles and high-touch surfaces. Additionally, all equipment will be held for 72 hours before being re-rented. Early studies show that this is enough time to prevent any COVID-19 transmission between our customers.

    Additionally, we have implemented

    • more thorough handwashing procedures
    • work-from-home options for most employees
    • a non-punitive sick leave policy
    • more flexible cancellation options

    We have reduced our business hours and are open fewer days. Our most current hours are always available on our Google business listing.

    If you prefer, delivery and/or pick up is available for any size order. We can also ship your order via FedEx or UPS. Fees vary, please check with your rental specialist for pricing.

    At MKE Production Rental, we take the health of our community and employees seriously. We have implemented our COVID-19 response plan, and it includes some added flexibility for you, our rental customer.

    On rentals of items we have in our regular stock, we will waive any cancellation charges if the rental order is cancelled 24 or more hours before pick up.

    On rentals of items we bring in from rental partners, we will waive any cancellation charges if the rental order is canceled with four or more business days’ notice.

    Items that are not cancelled before these times will be charged for the full amount of the rental, or the first week’s rental charge, whichever is less.

    This expanded flexibility is available to all orders placed before May 1, 2020. It may be extended as the impact of the virus becomes more clear.

    Flexible cancellations are just part of our COVID-19 response plan. We’re all in this together and we’re glad to do our part. Please wash your hands and stay healthy!
